FAQ

1. Can I order from the restaurant and the grocery at the same time?

Unfortunately,  we’re unable to combine orders from the restaurant and the grocery into one checkout.

2. Does this mean I have to pay two delivery fees if I order from both the restaurant and the grocery?

Not necessarily, if we have the grocery items on hand in the restaurant (N Domingo branch), we will be able to deliver it together. Simply select “pick up” as your method of delivery at checkout for the restaurant, while you will select “delivery” as your method of delivery for the grocery and will have to input delivery details. Lastly, in the notes section, kindly indicate that you have placed an order for both the restaurant and grocery so we can accommodate both orders.

3. Wait, I’m confused, what happened to your branch in 88 Meralco Ave, corner Julia Vargas, Pasig City?

Sadly, we had to permanently close it due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. But we figured that our customers won't be able to live without us, so we made sure to open two more branches for you! Our main kitchen, N Domingo, will only be serving deliveries and take outs, while our Estancia at Capitol Commons branch will accept dine-in customers as well as deliveries and take outs.

We’re also opening a grocery in place of a dining area in our N Domingo branch, and also another grocery in 713 Jose Abad Santos, corner Wilson Street.

4. Is dine-in permitted?

In our N Domingo branch, we will not be accepting any dine-in customers, however, we do have a Korean Grocery where you can drop by and shop for your Korean needs! Dining will only be permitted  in our Estancia at Capitol Commons branch, however, it will open before the year ends.

5. How can I be certain my order’s been received?

We’ll send a confirmation message to the number you used in your booking within the day. Orders for the next day that were made after 6pm will get their confirmation in the morning of the next day

6. Can I order from your website anytime?

Sure you can! But your order will get confirmed only between 9:30am to 6:00pm, so try to book within that time frame to get instant confirmation.

7. Can I make changes to my order after it has been confirmed?

Changes can’t be made once order is confirmed and payment is done. If you are unhappy with your order, kindly give us a call at 09178120286 between 10:00am to 6:00pm or leave us a text message. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

8. How will my orders get delivered?

Don’t worry! You don’t have to do anything! Once your order is ready for pick up, our partner for deliveries, Mr. Speedy, will automatically assign a driver to deliver the food to you.

9. How far can you deliver?

To give our customers the full Yedang Experience, we have limited our deliveries to up to 28km. But let’s say you're more than 28km away and you’d still like to make an order, send us a text message at 09178120286 and maybe we can work things out.

10. Will the food added to my cart be enough for us?

We have indicated the serving size for our Grill category by grams. As for the other categories, we have indicated how many pax each dish is good for so you can gauge how much you should order.

11. Do all meals come with side dishes?

Yes of course! Yedang wouldn’t be Yedang without our side dishes. All dishes except mandu (dumplings), Geran Mari (egg rolls), and Geran Jjim (steamed egg) come with our Special  Yedang side dishes (all made in-house). Lettuce, SamJang, garlic, and other sauces are also included if you order from the Grill section.

12. How long is the shelf life for Kimchi?

We recommend consuming it within a week for its freshness. However, if it passes the one week mark, it is still okay, because Kimchi is not going to rot if stored properly (it can probably sit in your refrigerator for months, some even a year or two!). It will become more sour as the weeks pass, which is best for cooking Kimchi Stew, Kimchi Fried Rice, Kimchi Jeon (Kimchi pancake), and other Kimchi-based foods.
